crs / cardboard crusher
- CRS is a system designed to perform a large series of tests to check the impact of crushing on the quality of packaging,
- through proper calibration, the corrugated board packaging manufacturer can assess the impact of processes such as laminating, stamping, creasing or printing on the quality and load-bearing capacity of his packaging with high accuracy,
- calibration is carried out once on selected cardboard indexes produced by the customer before and after selected processes, causing a decrease in the load capacity of the packaging,
- CRS device with an accuracy of 0.01 mm, in a controlled manner, crushes the cross-section of a cardboard sheet with a width of up to 300 mm and a length of up to 2000 mm,
- advanced calculation algorithms and a precise control system for the degree of crushing of the cardboard cross-section allow obtaining reliable results necessary to draw constructive conclusions,
- calibrated system will allow more conscious (economical) packaging design,,
- correct consideration of the impact of degradation processes on cardboard strength indexes will allow:
- reduction of complaints costs – in case of underestimation the impact of degradation,
- reduction of production costs – in case of overestimation of the impact of degradation.
